Pooja Interior
Marble-clad pooja rooms with a serene, temple-like feel and durable surfaces.
A marble pooja room uses stone for the platform, backdrop and often the flooring, giving the space a cool, temple-like calm and a surface that handles oil, camphor and daily washing far better than wood. We select the stone with you - Makrana, Statuario, green marble or a granite base - and dry-lay the slabs to check vein direction before fixing, because a mismatched vein across a backdrop cannot be corrected afterwards. The platform is built with proper load support since stone is heavy, and edges are moulded or bull-nosed rather than left square. Carving can be added on the arch, pillars or jaali screens by hand or CNC, and a contrasting stone or brass inlay is usually set behind the idols. Lighting stays warm and concealed so it grazes the stone and lifts the idols without glare. Marble suits dedicated pooja rooms and larger niches where the weight and depth are practical.
