About This Option

A master bedroom carries the largest wardrobe requirement in the house while still needing to feel calm, so we begin by mapping your clothing volume against the available wall and deciding whether sliding or hinged shutters suit the walking space around the bed. The bed-back wall is designed as the visual anchor in upholstered panels, fluted wood, veneer or wallpaper, with reading lights and bedside power points set at mattress height so cables never trail. Lighting is split into three circuits - ambient ceiling or cove, bedside reading, and a low night-level light - all switchable from the bed. Where space allows we add a dressing unit with mirror and drawer storage, plus a loft above the wardrobe for luggage and seasonal bedding. Materials are chosen for quiet: matte finishes, warm wood tones and fabric surfaces that absorb light rather than reflect it.
